Cottage with a luxury twist.
Our client on this project was an interior designer and so we were asked to take on their designs and create a schedule of works and build package to send out to tender.
We presented four tender responses to the interior designer and made our recommendations. Again as the design, project management and build team were all used to working with each other the end result was a beautifully and sympathetically refurbished and extended 17th century cottage.
