After initially shying away from using a Project Manager from the outset, our client employed a Principal Contractor to run and then facilitate their project.
When our client lost confidence at the design stage, they contacted Maltwood to come in and take over to revise the designs and then facilitate a full competitive tender.
The client, under our direction, appointed the contractor based on their quote but also to their abilities which was influenced by the project scope. The scope of works included a full refurbishment as well as a rear ground floor extension and second addition loft conversation. All supply of finishes were managed and purchased through Maltwood’s trade accounts.
