Our client on this project was a developer who had owned the property for seven years and not got around to renovating it! We essentially took the project off his hands and initially re-designed the whole layout and maximised the space including knocking through into the old coal bunker and creating an underground shower.
Maltwood with our design and build team completely transformed the property from a derelict uninhabitable bunker into a beautiful contemporary dwelling going to the full extent of staging the property for sale.
